For dinner a nice juicy hamburger without the bun or Fillet steak with fresh mange tout and broccoli, I am getting hungry just writing this. Another tip is to replace you mealtime drink with water and freshly squeezed lemon cutting our sugar drinks is a great way to go and lemon is the best detoxifier on the planet.

So as you can see you can burn fat and lose weight and actually improve your health not hinder it.
